The Sistem Kawalan Punca Pencemaran Alam Sekitar (SKPPAS) represents a vital IoT intervention designed to protect Putrajaya’s signature blue infrastructure. By deploying advanced floating telemetry nodes across the lake system, SKPPAS continuously monitors parameters such as dissolved oxygen, pH, and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). This automated vigilance allows municipal biologists to preemptively identify and neutralize point-source pollution, preserving the lake’s ecological balance and recreational viability.

5 real-time IoT telemetry water quality stations deployed strategically in Putrajaya Lake
Automated alerts for pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and temperature threshold violations
Seamless telemetry data integration back to the IEMS and the Integrated Operation Centre (IOC) dashboards
24/7 centralized monitoring at the Putrajaya Command Centre (PCC) for prompt pollution control and escalation
IoT sensors for pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen enviro.ppj.gov.my telemetry database
