Overview
The Integrated Operation Centre (IOC) is the operational intelligence dashboard powering the Putrajaya Command Centre (PCC). It provides PCC operators with a unified, real-time overview of city-wide systems by integrating live feeds from over 420 CCTV cameras, Panic Button activations, Waze Connected Cities crowdsourcing data, and the Putrajaya Lake Water Quality Monitoring Stations (IEMS). The IOC enables operators to receive automated alerts, verify and classify incidents, escalate to the relevant agency, internal department, or task force, and generate structured shift and daily operational reports — all from a single command interface.
