The E-Tempahan Acara is an integrated online booking system designed by Perbadanan Putrajaya to manage the reservation of public event spaces across the city. Accessible via spt.ppj.gov.my/event, the platform serves as a centralized hub for citizens, corporate entities, and event organizers to browse available venues, submit booking applications, and secure permits for organizing events.
Putrajaya is renowned for its beautifully landscaped parks, grand plazas, and scenic promenades. E-Tempahan Acara digitalizes the rental process for these open spaces, replacing traditional paper-based applications with a streamlined online workflow. Users can conveniently check the availability of specific venues, track the status of their applications, and process rental fees through a secure, cashless payment gateway.
Categorized Event Locations
The system categorizes event spaces to accommodate different scales and types of gatherings:
- Platinum: Dataran Putrajaya, Dataran Putra, Dataran Wawasan, and Persiaran Perdana.
- Emas (Gold): Dataran Gemilang, Dataran Rakyat, Kompleks Sukan Air (Presint 6), and Tasik Putrajaya.
- Perak (Silver): Various public parks across Putrajaya and the Millennium Monument (Monumen Alaf Baru).
By modernizing the event booking procedure, this initiative aligns with the Smart Government domain, improving public service delivery, increasing operational transparency, and encouraging the vibrant use of public spaces within the city.
