The E-Taksiran system is a dedicated digital platform developed by Perbadanan Putrajaya to streamline the management and payment of municipal assessment taxes (Kadar Penilaian). Accessible via taksiran.ppj.gov.my, the portal modernizes tax collection by allowing property owners to manage their bills entirely online, eliminating the hassle of queuing at physical payment counters.
By registering for an e-Cukai account, citizens can link their property account numbers to track current tax bills, view historical assessment statements, and monitor outstanding balances in real-time. The system provides a simple, transparent, and user-friendly interface for all tax-related inquiries.
To ensure a seamless payment experience, E-Taksiran is fully integrated with the FPX Payment Gateway. Users can effortlessly select their preferred online banking provider to make instant, secure payments. Once a transaction is successfully processed and approved by the bank, users receive an automated email confirmation, and their digital bill is immediately updated to reflect a ‘PAID’ status. This initiative represents a significant leap forward in Putrajaya’s Smart Government strategy, promoting a cashless municipal ecosystem and delivering highly efficient, citizen-centric public services.
